The research conducted by those at the REACTIVATE lab seeks to identify, understand, and measure the socio-economic and environmental costs and benefits associated with brownfields remediation and redevelopment in different jurisdictions, as well as to critically evaluate policies, programs, and other efforts to facilitate their reactivation.
