This guide was developed by students in PLG 320, Advanced Planning Studio I, at TMU in April of 2025. It is a summary report of the gas station brownfield redevelopment project the students developed in a full, client-based studio course.
The guide provides a breakdown of the Redevelopment Framework for gas station brownfields. It includes value assessments, planning tools, remediation methods, and various other elements of a gas station brownfield activation.
